A round derby or foam offset handle does not match every palm. The Nova Palm Grip Cane (2061 / 2062) uses an anatomical left- or right-hand grip. Choose Black or Blue Porcelain, then Left or Right. The cane stays assembled. There is no strap.
The handle is shaped for one hand. Order the side they will hold the cane in. A left-hand grip is not a right-hand grip.
This cane does not fold. Compare a folding cane if they need it to pack.
