Purchase Options

  • Buy Online or In-Store: You can purchase products securely through our website or visit our physical location.

  • Rental Services: A wide range of items is available for short-term or long-term rental. Please refer to individual product pages or contact us for rental availability and terms.

  • Financing: Easy and affordable financing options are available through our partners (subject to approval).


Order Cancellations

We understand plans can change. Please review the following cancellation guidelines:

  • Standard Orders: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not yet shipped. Contact us immediately at 801-906-3900 or info@affinitydme.com to request a cancellation.

  • Custom/Special Orders: Items that are customized, made-to-order, or ordered specifically for a customer may not be canceled once processing begins. A restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied if the cancellation is approved.

  • Rental ReservationsTo avoid a cancellation fee, rental cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled pick-up or delivery date.


Refunds on Canceled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved before the item ships, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • If the order has already shipped, please refer to our [Return Policy] for information on returning items.

  • Refunds typically process within 5–7 business days once approved.
