At Affinity Home Medical, we are committed to delivering your medical equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.


Processing Times

  • In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom, special-order, or backordered items may require additional processing time. We will notify you of any expected delays via email or phone.


Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via trusted carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. For larger items (e.g., hospital beds, power chairs), we may use freight delivery services with curbside drop-off unless otherwise specified.


Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Free Shipping: Eligible on select items and promotions — see individual product listings for details.

  • Local Delivery: Available within select areas of Utah. Delivery and setup fees may apply.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days (continental U.S.)

  • Freight shipments: 7–14 business days, depending on the destination

  • Local delivery: Within 1–3 days of scheduling


Delivery Exceptions & Notes

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for larger medical equipment.

  • A signature may be required on delivery for high-value items.

  • Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival. If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours so we can initiate a claim or replacement.


Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information, allowing you to monitor its progress.
