In-store service starts at $75 and in-home visits within the Salt Lake Valley start at $120, which covers the technician's travel and diagnostic time. For minor issues like quick adjustments or simple troubleshooting, there's often no charge at all. Parts are quoted separately before any work is done.
Many quick fixes can be done the same day if you bring your equipment into our store. If a repair requires ordering parts, it may take longer, and we'll schedule an appointment and keep you updated. If your situation is urgent, ask about our rush service, available for an additional fee.

Yes. Batteries are the most commonly replaced part on power mobility equipment, lasting about 1 to 2 years depending on use. Signs you may need new batteries include shorter run times, sluggish performance, or the battery not holding a full charge. Bring your chair or scooter in and we can test the battery and, in many cases, replace it while you wait.
