Return Policy
We will gladly replace or return products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 14 days from the date of purchase. Manufacturer warranties are fully in place and we will help facilitate any warranty during the manufacturer warranty period.
No products will be accepted for refund or credit when returned without a prior RMA from Affinity Medical.
NOTE: Any merchandise if worn next to skin, used for sanitary or hygienic purposes, or if it is disposable are NOT eligible for return. (Ie; Bathroom safety products, shower chairs, underlays, cushions, incontinence items, etc.) All PPE and special order items are not returnable.
