I like the cane just fine. However, I live in a semi rural area and the postal service does not deliver to home addresses (street addresses). We have to pick up all mail sent through USPS at our local post office. Not knowing how your product was going to ship I was careful to give you both a street address and a Box #. Luckily I was tracking this package carefully and I was able to pick up your package before it was sent back to you because you failed to put the box # on the shipping label. Just a heads up.
