The Bauerfeind GenuTrain A3 is a left/right medical knit for knee osteoarthritis and complex knee pain. Official Bauerfeind indications also include chronic or post-op irritation, insertion tendinopathy, functional instability, effusion, and patellar lateralization. The store handle still says sports knee support; the title is GenuTrain A3.

This GenuTrain A3 support uses an anatomically contoured pad with friction zones, a corrective strap for the patella, and a lower-leg expansion zone for donning. Measure 14 cm above the knee and 12 cm below. Official catalog sizes are 1 through 6 (top 38–56 cm, bottom 28–46 cm). Left or right.

Choose GenuTrain A3 for a knit OA support without rigid side bars. Choose the GenuTrain S if you want lateral splints. Choose the M.4s OA comfort if you need a rigid unicompartmental offloader.
