The MEDIHONEY® Honey Impregnated Wound Dressing (2 x 2 Inch) is a sterile, single-use dressing made with 95% active Leptospermum honey to support effective wound healing. As wound fluid enters the dressing, the honey is released while the dressing absorbs exudate and forms a soothing gel, helping cleanse and debride the wound, lower wound pH, and maintain an optimal healing environment.
