The MEDIHONEY® Honey Impregnated Wound Dressing Rope (3/4 x 12 Inch) is a sterile, single-use rope dressing made with active Leptospermum honey. As wound fluid enters, the honey is released while the dressing absorbs exudate and forms a gel, helping to cleanse and debride the wound, lower pH, and maintain an optimal healing environment. Ideal for partial- to full-thickness wounds with moderate to heavy drainage, this latex-free dressing is designed for professional wound care use.
