Featuring Golden’s patented Twilight Tilt Technology and 5-Zone MaxiComfort® positioning system, the PR-527 allows independent control of the headrest, lumbar, backrest, seat, and footrest. By elevating the legs above the heart while gently tilting the entire chair, it simulates a weightless, zero-gravity experience that helps reduce spinal muscle fatigue, relieve pressure points, and support healthy circulation.

Consumer Limited Lifetime & Seven-Year Warranty – Golden Technologies Cloud PR-527
Golden Technologies, through its authorized distributor/service organization, warrants the Cloud PR-527 lift chair to the original consumer against defects in materials or workmanship under the terms below.
Lifetime Warranty – Lift Mechanism, Chair Frame & Recline Mechanism
- For the lifetime of the chair to the original purchaser, Golden will repair or replace, at its option, the lift mechanism, chair frame, and recline mechanism.
- Labor to replace these parts is subsidized for three (3) years from the date of original consumer purchase.
- This warranty does not cover the cost of examination of warranted parts, or costs for transportation, handling, or packaging of parts or components.
Three-Year Electrical Parts Warranty
- Golden warrants the electrical parts of this chair to the original consumer for three (3) years from the date of original purchase.
- Labor to replace electrical parts is subsidized for one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
- Examination, transportation, handling, and packaging costs are not covered under this warranty.
Limited Electrical Parts Warranty – Years 4 Through 7 (Prorated)
After the initial three-year electrical parts warranty expires, Golden provides a prorated discount on replacement electrical parts during years 4–7 from the original purchase date:
- Year 4: 35% discount off suggested retail price
- Year 5: 25% discount
- Year 6: 15% discount
- Year 7: 5% discount
For example, a part with a suggested retail price of $100 would cost $65 in year 4 under this prorated warranty. Examination, service, transportation, handling, and packaging costs are not covered.
Warranty Terms & Exclusions
- Warranty coverage applies only when the product has not been subjected to misuse, abuse, improper service, damage in transit or handling, or alteration/repair by unauthorized representatives.
- The warranty does not cover costs for unnecessary service calls, such as in-home visits solely to explain product operation or identify unsatisfactory power connections.
- Exceeding the published weight capacity of the chair (400 lbs for the Cloud PR-527) will void the warranty.
- Golden is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, or for any other damage or loss not specifically covered by this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply in all cases.
- This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
- The in-home service portion of this warranty is valid in all 50 U.S. states, the Canadian provinces, and Puerto Rico.
The Limited Lifetime and Seven-Year Warranty described above is the sole and entire warranty applicable to this product and is in lieu of all other warranties of any nature whatsoever, whether express, implied, or arising by operation of law, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
