Consumer Limited Lifetime & Seven-Year Warranty – MaxiComfort Models (Cloud+ PR-511)

Golden Technologies, through its authorized distributor/service organization, warrants the Cloud+ PR-511 MaxiComfort lift chair to the original consumer against defects in materials or workmanship under the following terms.

Lifetime Warranty – Lift Mechanism, Chair Frame & Recline Mechanism

• Golden warrants, for the lifetime of the chair to the original consumer, to repair or replace at its option the lift mechanism, chair frame, and recline mechanism.
• Labor to replace these parts is subsidized for three (3) years from the date of original purchase.
• Golden is not responsible or obligated to pay for any cost or expense for examination of warranted parts, nor for transportation, handling, or packaging of parts or components.

Three-Year Parts Warranty – Electrical Components

• Golden warrants the electrical parts of this chair to the original consumer for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase.
• Labor to replace electrical parts is subsidized for one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
• Golden is not responsible or obligated to pay for costs or expenses related to examination, transportation, handling, or packaging of warranted parts or components.

Limited Warranty – Years 4 Through 7 (Prorated Electrical Parts)
After the full three-year electrical parts warranty expires and through the seventh year from the date of original purchase, Golden will warrant the electrical parts on a prorated basis as follows:

• Year 4: 35% discount off suggested retail price
• Year 5: 25% discount off suggested retail price
• Year 6: 15% discount off suggested retail price
• Year 7: 5% discount off suggested retail price

For example, a part with a suggested retail price of $100.00 that needs replacement in year 4 would cost $65.00. Golden is not responsible or obligated to pay for any costs or expenses for examination and/or service of any warranted part, or for transportation, handling, and packaging of the chair and/or parts or components.

Terms Applicable to Warranty

• Golden will, at its option, repair and/or replace defective parts or components provided that the warranty parts have not been subjected to misuse, abuse, or improper service by the consumer, have not been damaged in transit or handling, and have not been altered or repaired by unauthorized representatives.
• This warranty does not include costs for unnecessary service calls, such as in-home service calls solely for the purpose of educating the consumer about the product or identifying an unsatisfactory power connection.
• Exceeding the specified weight capacity of the chair (up to 400 lbs or up to 600 lbs for the Medium Extra Wide model, as listed in the specifications) will void the warranty.
• In the event that the product does not conform to this warranty at any time while it is in effect, Golden will correct the defect in accordance with the Consumer Limited Lifetime and Seven-Year Warranty.
• The Limited Lifetime and Seven-Year Warranty set forth above is the sole and entire warranty pertaining to the product and is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties of any nature whatsoever, whether express, implied, or arising by operation of law, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• This warranty does not cover or provide for the reimbursement or payment of incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply in all cases.
• This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
• All warranty claims must be approved by Golden Technologies before any service is performed.
• The in-home service portion of this warranty is valid in all 50 U.S. states, the Canadian provinces, and Puerto Rico.

Brisa fabrics by UltraFabrics include a “Lifetime Warranty” against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty indicates that the fabric is properly constructed from appropriate materials and is expected to perform as well as comparable products customarily do.
