CONSUMER LIMITED LIFETIME AND SEVEN YEAR WARRANTY

Golden Technologies, through its authorized distributor/service organization, warrants this chair to the original consumer against defects in material or workmanship as follows:

Lifetime Warranty
For the lifetime of the chair to the original consumer, Golden warrants to repair or replace (at its option) the following components due to defects in materials or workmanship:

• Lift mechanism
• Chair frame
• Recline mechanism

Labor to replace these parts is subsidized on all models for three (3) years (some other Golden models have shorter coverage as specified by the manufacturer).

Golden is not responsible for costs or expenses associated with examination of warranted parts, or for transportation, handling, and packaging of parts or components.

Three Year Parts Warranty (Electrical Components)
Golden warrants the electrical parts of this chair to the original consumer for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase.

Labor to replace these electrical parts is subsidized for one (1) year on most models (certain models have shorter electrical parts and labor coverage as noted by Golden).

Golden is not responsible for costs or expenses for examination of warranted parts, or for transportation, handling, and packaging of parts or components.

Limited Warranty – Fourth Through Seventh Year (Electrical Parts)
From the beginning of year four (4) through the end of year seven (7) after the original purchase date, Golden will warrant the electrical parts on a prorated basis:

• Year 4: 35% discount off suggested retail price
• Year 5: 25% discount
• Year 6: 15% discount
• Year 7: 5% discount

Example: A part with a suggested retail price of $100.00 that needs replacement in year 4 would cost $65.00.

Certain models (Capri, Monarch, Monarch Plus and Space Saver) are excluded from this portion of the warranty.

Terms Applicable to All Warranties

Golden will, at its option, repair and/or replace defective parts or components provided that:

• The parts have not been subjected to misuse, abuse or improper service
• The parts have not been damaged in transit or handling
• The parts have not been altered or repaired by unauthorized representatives

This warranty does not cover the cost of unnecessary service calls, such as in-home calls solely for the purpose of educating the consumer about the product or correcting an unsatisfactory power connection.

Exceeding the specified weight capacity of the chair will void the warranty. Golden publishes a weight capacity chart for its models; always refer to the rating for your specific chair.

This warranty does not cover or provide for reimbursement or payment of incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply in all areas.

The Limited Lifetime and Seven Year Warranty described above is the sole and entire warranty pertaining to this product and is in lieu of all other warranties of any nature whatsoever, whether express, implied, or arising by operation of law, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or region to region.
