Össur Formfit Hinged Lateral J – Patella Tracking Brace

The Össur Formfit Hinged Lateral J is a pull-on brace with a J-shaped lateral buttress for kneecap tracking. Official Össur indications include lateral patellar subluxation or dislocation, lateral maltracking, and chondromalacia from lateral maltracking.

This patella J-brace has removable hinges and an open popliteal cut. Measure thigh 6 inches above mid-patella and calf 6 inches below. XS through XXL. Right SKUs are 709152–709159. Left SKUs are 709162–709169.

Choose the Lateral J if the kneecap drifts laterally and you want a J buttress plus hinges. Choose the Formfit Tracker if you want ReflexWing realignment and PowerLock straps. Choose the hinged wrap for general ligament support without a J pad.
