This McKesson Sterile Adhesive Island Dressing is a primary or secondary bordered, non-adherent gauze dressing and an excellent alternative to gauze and tape. This dressing offers the convenience of an all-in-one dressing by surrounding an absorbent, non-adherent, central pad with a breathable adhesive border, and the non-adherent pad in the center is designed to avoid disrupting the wound bed upon removal.
