Golden Technologies Cloud PR-515 MaxiComfort with Twilight Lift Chair

Consumer Limited Lifetime & Seven-Year Warranty – MaxiComfort Models (Cloud PR-515)

Golden Technologies, through its authorized distributor/service organization, warrants the Cloud PR-515 MaxiComfort with Twilight lift chair to the original consumer against defects in materials or workmanship under the following terms.

Lifetime Warranty – Lift Mechanism, Chair Frame & Recline Mechanism

• Golden warrants, for the lifetime of the chair to the original consumer, to repair or replace at its option the lift mechanism, chair frame, and recline mechanism.
• Labor to replace these structural components is subsidized for three (3) years from the date of original purchase.
• Golden is not responsible for the cost or expense of examining any warranted parts, nor for transportation, handling, or packaging of parts or components.

Three-Year Parts Warranty – Electrical Components

• Golden warrants the electrical parts of this chair to the original consumer for three (3) years from the date of original purchase.
• Labor to replace electrical parts is subsidized for one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
• Costs for examination, transportation, handling, and packaging of any warranted parts or components are not covered.

Limited Warranty – Years 4 Through 7 (Prorated Electrical Parts)
From the expiration of the full three-year electrical parts warranty through the seventh year after the date of original purchase, Golden provides prorated coverage on electrical parts as follows:

• Year 4: 35% discount off suggested retail price
• Year 5: 25% discount off suggested retail price
• Year 6: 15% discount off suggested retail price
• Year 7: 5% discount off suggested retail price

For example, a part with a suggested retail price of $100.00 would cost $65.00 in year 4. Examination, service, transportation, handling, and packaging costs remain the responsibility of the consumer.

Terms Applicable to Warranty

• Golden will, at its option, repair and/or replace defective parts or components, provided they have not been subjected to misuse, abuse, or improper service by the consumer, have not been damaged in transit or handling, and have not been altered or repaired by unauthorized representatives.
• This warranty does not include costs for unnecessary service calls, such as in-home visits solely for the purpose of educating the consumer about the product or identifying an unsatisfactory power connection.
• Exceeding the weight capacity of the chair will void the warranty.
• All warranty claims must be approved by Golden Technologies before any service is performed.
• Golden shall not be responsible for, or obligated to pay for, incidental or consequential damages or any other damage or loss not expressly covered by this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply in all cases.
• This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
• Warranty coverage is valid in all 50 U.S. states, the Canadian provinces, and Puerto Rico.

The Limited Lifetime and Seven-Year Warranty described above is the sole and entire warranty pertaining to this product and is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties of any nature whatsoever, whether express, implied, or arising by operation of law, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
