Common questions

My power chair or scooter won't turn on. Can you fix it?

Yes. A power chair or scooter that won't turn on or won't hold a charge is most often a battery, charger, or wiring issue. Our certified technicians can test the battery and charging system and replace what's needed, often while you wait in store.

Can you replace power chair and scooter batteries?

Yes. Batteries are the most commonly replaced part on power mobility equipment and typically last 1 to 2 years. Signs you need new batteries include shorter run times, sluggish performance, or not holding a full charge. Bring your chair or scooter in and we can test and, in many cases, replace the battery while you wait.

My joystick or controller isn't working right. What can you do?

Joystick and controller faults, including drifting, unresponsive controls, or error codes, are common power chair repairs. We diagnose the controller, wiring, and connections and repair or replace the part as needed.
