Both fold and are airline-approved. The CarryOn HD adds a higher weight capacity (400 lb vs 300 lb), a slightly higher top speed, and up to 22 miles of range when using both batteries. The standard CarryOn is a bit lighter overall.
The Buzzaround LX has the longest single-charge range at about 18 miles. The CarryOn HD can reach up to 22 miles when both batteries are used together.
The CarryOn and CarryOn HD are designed for air travel and use removable lithium-ion batteries. The LT and LX disassemble but are not marketed as airline scooters. Always confirm your airline's battery policy before flying.
The Buzzaround CarryOn HD has the highest capacity at 400 lb, followed by the LX at 375 lb. The LT and standard CarryOn are rated to 300 lb.
The LT and LX are available in both 3-wheel and 4-wheel versions. Three-wheel models turn tighter for indoor use; four-wheel models are more stable outdoors. The CarryOn models are three-wheel folding designs.
